James of Arran Chocolates

James McChlery first began making chocolates about eight years ago. 

Since then he has been busy experimenting with a variety of flavours and fillings for his superb range of hand made chocolates. In April this year he opened his chocolate shop on the sea front in Brodick Bay. Customers can watch the chocolates being made by hand then buy from the beautifully presented selection. 

The range includes hand made chocolates with cherry, marzipan, Ginger and Champagne, and coffee fillings, truffles and fudges. He also sells Novelty chocolate moulds. 

Along with 4 other Arran companies, Arran Chocolate Factory is one of the first in the UK to gain SALSA accrediation.
