The show is the premier event of the rural calendar in Scotland, drawing audiences of more than 150,000 visitors each year. Watching the shafts of sunlight sparkle on distant water and, much closer, filter through lush, green palm fronds- nurtured here by the warm Gulf Stream that kisses the shores of Arran - we knew that, somehow, we just had to capture the luscious honeyed scent of ripe figs as it floats in on sea breezes.
And so Fresh Fig was born.
