Delivery, Returns and Cancellations
Despatch of your order
We endeavour to despatch your order within one working day,
subject to availability. During seasonal peak demand, despatch
may take longer. Please note that because of our location
on the Isle of Arran, off the West Coast of Scotland, there
may be occasions when weather prevents the mail boat from
taking your goods to the mainland for despatch. In the unlikely
event of this happening, we will be unable to guarantee normal
delivery times.
Delivery to UK addresses
Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) are usually despatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on a non-working day, will be despatched the next working day.
All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. When you reach the checkout you'll be asked to select which you prefer. Your options are:
- UK Standard(3-5 Days) - Royal Mail Delivery for parcels up to 1.5kgs only
Delivery costs depend on the combined weight of your purchases and are calculated
automatically - this amount is displayed on the confirmation form as you go through the checkout.
- UK Express(1-3 Working Days*) for parcels up to 30 kgs only
(Parcelforce)
- UK Next Day(1 Working Day*) for parcels up to 30 kgs only

Parcelforce services cost £5.99 (UK Express) and £7.50 (UK Next Day) for any size parcel under 30kgs.
All Parcelforce packages can be tracked and are insured up to £250.
Parcels over 30kgs will be subject to surcharges which are automatically calculated and displayed on the confirmation
form as you go through the checkout.
*For all Parcelforce deliveries, please allow an extra day delivery time for Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.
**Please note that UK Next Working Day delivery is not available to all UK areas.

Delivery to international addresses

All international deliveries are sent by Parcel Force. When you reach the checkout you'll be asked to select your preferred delivery option. These are:
- Euro Priority (2-4 Working Days depending on location) for European Addresses Only
The Euro Priority service is only available for small packages delivered to European addresses. The cost of delivery depends on the combined weight of your purchases and is calculated automatically - this amount is displayed on the confirmation form as you go through the checkout. Euro Priority packages are delivered within 2 -4 working days of despatch, depending on location. Packages sent by Euro Priority can be tracked and are insured for up to £250. Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery.
- Global Priority (3-6 Working Days depending on location) - NOT available in Europe
The Global Priority service is only available for delivery to international addresses NOT IN EUROPE . The cost of delivery depends on the combined weight of your purchases, as well as the country of delivery, and is calculated automatically - this amount is displayed on the confirmation form as you go through the checkout. Global Priority packages are delivered within 3 -6 working days of despatch, depending on location. Packages sent Global Priority can be tracked and are insured for up to £250. Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery.
Returns
We want you to be absolutely delighted with all your
Arran Aromatics purchases. If for any reason you are
not completely satisfied, we offer a no quibble guarantee
to exchange or refund your purchases.
Refund: simply return your purchases to us within
14 days, clearly stating that you would like a refund.
We will then reimburse the full value and the original
delivery cost of the returned goods directly to your
credit card.
Exchange: simply return your purchases to us
within 14 days clearly stating that you would like an
exchange. We will then despatch replacement goods straight
away at no further cost to you.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order by emailing info@arranaromatics.com
quoting your Arran Aromatics Order Number or click here. Please make
sure you include the words "order cancellation" in your
email subject heading.
If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch,
it will not be possible to cancel your order. As it
can take as little as 3 to 4 hours for your goods to
be despatched, it is advisable to check for this confirmation
message BEFORE you email to cancel your order. If your
goods have been despatched, please simply return your
purchases to us in the normal way for a full refund.
