Ordering online at arranaromatics.com is safe.

We use encryption technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to ensure that only authorised parties can read the data you submit. Look out for the padlock symbol at the bottom of your screen whenever you are asked to submit any personal data and notice the address change from http://www to htts://www. These are both signs that the site is secure.

Registered customers may be asked to submit additional information. This saves you re-entering information each time you make a purchase and enables us to offer suitable special offers and services. Registered customer information is stored safely behind our firewall.

For added peace of mind, please remember that in the event of unauthorised charges being made on a credit card, the cardholder is not held liable. Check with your credit card issuer for details of their particular insurance and liability policies.

Delivery, Returns and Cancellations

Despatch of your order
We endeavour to despatch your order within one working day, subject to availability. During seasonal peak demand, despatch may take longer. Please note that because of our location on the Isle of Arran, off the West Coast of Scotland, there may be occasions when weather prevents the mail boat from taking your goods to the mainland for despatch. In the unlikely event of this happening, we will be unable to guarantee normal delivery times.

Delivery to UK addresses
Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) are usually despatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on a non-working day, will be despatched the next working day.

All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Parcelforce. When you reach the checkout you'll be asked to select which you prefer. Your options are:

• UK Standard(1-3 Days) - Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for parcels up to 1.5kgs only

Delivery costs depend on the combined weight of your purchases and are calculated automatically - this amount is displayed on the confirmation form as you go through the checkout. Packages sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery can be tracked once delivered and are insured for up to £39. Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery.

• UK Express(1- 3 Working Days*) for parcels up to 30 kgs only (Parcelforce)
  
• UK Next Day(1 Working Day*) for parcels up to 30 kgs only (Parcelforce)

Parcelforce services cost £5.99 (UK Express) and £7.50 (UK Next Day) for any size parcel under 30kgs. All Parcelforce packages can be tracked and are insured up to £250. Parcels over 30kgs will be subject to surcharges which are automatically calculated and displayed on the confirmation form as you go through the checkout.

*For all Parcelforce deliveries, please allow an extra day delivery time for Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.

Delivery to international addresses
Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) are usually despatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on a non-working day, will be despatched the next working day.

All international deliveries are sent by Parcel Force. When you reach the checkout you'll be asked to select your preferred delivery option. These are:

• Euro Priority (2-4 Working Days depending on location) for European Addresses Only

The Euro Priority service is only available for small packages delivered to European addresses. The cost of delivery depends on the combined weight of your purchases and is calculated automatically - this amount is displayed on the confirmation form as you go through the checkout. Euro Priority packages are delivered within 2 -4 working days of despatch, depending on location. Packages sent by Euro Priority can be tracked and are insured for up to £250. Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery.

• Global Priority (3-6 Working Days depending on location) - NOT available in Europe

The Global Priority service is only available for delivery to international addresses NOT IN EUROPE . The cost of delivery depends on the combined weight of your purchases, as well as the country of delivery, and is calculated automatically - this amount is displayed on the confirmation form as you go through the checkout. Global Priority packages are delivered within 3 -6 working days of despatch, depending on location. Packages sent Global Priority can be tracked and are insured for up to £250. Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery.

• Global Express (Next Working Day by 5.30pm) for all International Addresses

Global Express is available for all deliveries to international addresses. The cost of delivery depends on the combined weight of your purchases, as well as the country of delivery and is calculated automatically - this amount is displayed on the confirmation form as you go through the checkout. Global Express packages are delivered by 5.30pm the next working day. Packages sent Global Express can be tracked and are insured for up to £250. Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Returns
We want you to be absolutely delighted with all your Arran Aromatics purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a no quibble guarantee to exchange or refund your purchases.

Refund: simply return your purchases to us within 14 days, clearly stating that you would like a refund. We will then reimburse the full value and the original delivery cost of the returned goods directly to your credit card.

Exchange: simply return your purchases to us within 14 days clearly stating that you would like an exchange. We will then despatch replacement goods straight away at no further cost to you.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order by emailing info@arranaromatics.com quoting your Arran Aromatics Order Number or click here. Please make sure you include the words "order cancellation" in your email subject heading.

If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. As it can take as little as 3 to 4 hours for your goods to be despatched, it is advisable to check for this confirmation message BEFORE you email to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, please simply return your purchases to us in the normal way for a full refund.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

General
1. The 'Company' means Arran Aromatics Limited. The 'Purchaser' means the person whose order is accepted by the Company. The 'Recipient' means the person who receives goods produced by the Company and purchased by the Purchaser.

Price
2. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at current rate. If the Purchaser is eligible to reclaim this sales tax, the Company can supply a VAT receipt on request.

Minimum Order
3. There is a minimum purchase of £5.00, excluding delivery, for all transactions made at www.arranaromatics.com.

Ordering
4. As soon as an order is placed, the Purchaser is deemed to have agreed to, and is bound by, the terms and conditions herein described by the Company.

5. A contract of sale is deemed to exist as soon as the Company despatches an email message to the Purchaser, confirming that the Company has received the Purchaser's order, regardless of whether the Purchaser receives the confirmation email or not.

Delivery
6. The Company will use their reasonable endeavours to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay in delivery for any cause.

7. The Purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against orders despatched to addresses outside the United Kingdom. These are levied at the port of ingress on a consignment-by-consignment basis and the Company cannot predict if they will be charged or influence if and how they may be levied.

Returns
8. The Company offers a full refund on all goods that are returned by the Purchaser within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning goods to the Company for refund is the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Statutory Rights
9. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale affects or will affect the statutory rights of the Purchaser or the Recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.

Wholesale or Retail Conflict
10. Any purchases are not for wholesale or retail purposes. If a Purchaser is found to be doing so, they will be removed from the customer base and refused any further orders.

Law
11. Any dispute to be governed by Scottish Law.
